Having Sex With a Transgender Woman: How to Make Love With Transgender Females

Most men on this planet will not experience the transgender sex experience due to a combination of social conditioning and internalized inhibitions; they are missing out big time. Sex with a transsexual woman is an exhilarating experience. The whole experience is further enhanced due to the novelty factor and the knowledge that most men will go to the grave without experiencing this “forbidden” pleasure.

There are two types of transgender women: ones who have had Vaginoplasty and those who have not. The sexual experience with both of them is different and, in their own way, exciting. Women who have had Vaginoplasty have a surgically implanted vagina that is fresh and may feel better than that of a cis-woman. Many Trans women have had this surgery, and most contemplate having it.

Transgender Woman

Trans women who have had vaginoplasty have sex just like cis-women. Do not believe what they show in porn; Trans women are women and are not some dominatrix. They expect to be led into the bedroom. Trans women can be really shy, and therefore it is up to the man to lead in the bedroom. Also, men have to be gentle with these women, as they might not be used to their newly implanted vaginas.

Trans women who have not had vaginoplasty usually make up for it with their stunner bodies. It is very possible that Trans women usually have better-proportioned bodies than cis-women, which helps during lovemaking. Sex with Trans women who have not had the surgery is different, and it really helps if you are bisexual. If you are not, then this is the best chance for you to try. Anal sex rates among the top sexual fantasies of all men and this are the perfect opportunity for you to indulge in that fantasy. It is, however, different from homosexual sex as you are having sex with a woman.

Make Love With Transgender Females

Sex with a transsexual woman is a really passionate affair, and you get to connect with your animal side during the whole episode. Trans women may be extremely feminine during the date, but in bed, they have a sexual appetite that very few cis-women can compete with. It is a raunchy and passionate affair. Most cis-women have a certain frigidity to them that does not allow them to totally open up during the lovemaking, but there is no such problem with Trans women.

While making love with a transgender woman, the most important thing to remember is to forget everything that you might have seen in transgender porn. There will be no dominatrix role play (at least not at first). Go about the lovemaking like you would normally, and allow the sexual tension to build up. Start by helping her get warmed up to you before making your move. Then take the lead and let love take its course.

    1. A trans woman is not a female.

If you are a female having sex with someone male then it’s heterosexual sex.

To say that trans “women” have a higher sexual appetite than women is just absued. You contradict yourself.

A male cannot be a lesbian as absued woman who find this “article ” misogynistic in the extreme.

Stop claiming that males are female.

      Stop it

      1. Yes they are. Just born in the wrong skin. Assigned the wrong gender at birth in a biological sense. That’s the difference. No need for ignorance here dear.

      2. Agreed. I think it’s rather unsettling to engage with someone who is so drastically unhappy with how they were born that they would surgically alter themselves (same for cisgender people). I wouldn’t resort to putting them down or demeaning them in any way, but I think that romanticizing them is wrong.

      3. Sorry hon but based on medical science and psychology trans women are in FACT women,. I doubt you have a medical license or a phd in science or psychology,. Your opinion is yours to have,. But it is only that. An opinion,. And you are entitled to your wrong opinion,.

      4. Gender and sex aren’t the same. When ‘male’ and ‘female’ are used as gender terms they do not relate to biological sex. Gender is the social construct and sex is the biological; the terms are commonly used interchangeably which causes confusion.
You can confirm this by googling the definition of ‘gender’.

      5. Stop it yourself! My girlfriend would have plenty to say to you regarding your reductive attitude to her.
Sorry you have been abused! For what it’s worth, so have I, by both men *and* women! Admittedly male abuse is often more physically violent but I survived ten years of narcissistic abuse from a woman too.
Guess what? I have emerged without a chip on my shoulder that would cause me to try to erase the collective identity of a whole demographic, purely cause I don’t understand them!
I find this blog interesting because it is relevant to the relationship between myself and my girlfriend and pertinent to my own experience! What I don’t get is why people would even visit a blog like this when it is so obviously abhorrent to them, (unless, of course, they are just a troll)!
All this said, I do agree that too many assumptions and generalisations are made! Some trans women are dominant, some are not! Some are highly sexed, some have low libido….
I will say what I always say regarding your points, however :
        1) I am sorry you feel so angry about this issue, that is very bad for you and also the general harmony of the world!
        2) You are entitled to your faulty perception of me and my girlfriend’s reality and validity, as we are entitled to say you’re wrong!
        3) Your anger is not our fault, or our problem!
Finally, you need to accept that your opinion is only that and there are many more qualified than you to actually profess, so no! Neither myself, nor my honey will *stop it*, as you request!

      6. Read it properly, a mtf is a trans woman so they we are woman and ftm are trans man so they a man. No men are not females but this that identify as male or female are male or female.

      7. I am a trans woman and even though I have not had surgery yet…that is irrelevant….everything in m heart, soul, brain, and every other part except physical is woman…I think as a woman, ind sure as a woman, I even have female orgasms…and not male….you have no clue what you are talking about…I am all woman….so the only thing you got right was the phrase “stop it” except it should be geared at yourself

      8. Your pretty much an uninformed idiot, or are you willfully being obtuse? Transwomen, ARE female, and they are women. Right down to their brains matching the same structure as natal women. Gender is determined in the mind, and the mind is formed in the womb, months after the genitals. When peoople meet me, all they see is female, and quite often think I am hot, both men and women. I went to a friends house warming party te other day, and most of the people there I did not know. My friend told me yesterday that a bunch of the single guys are wanting her to introduce me to them. None of them picked up that I was trans, they just saw a attractive woman who was fun to talk to. So you are entitled to your opinion, but the medical esttablishment if firmly on our side, Te American Medical association, American Psychatrists Assoc. The American Psychologist Assoc. WPATH.

      9. There is no such thing as being born in the wrong skin. There is no such thing as a “female soul” or a “female brain” (that’s been debunked several times now). MTFs claim to be women by association with stereotypes only, and not sure who would find them more appealing sexually. Even if there’s a neovagina, it will slowly seal up if it isn’t constantly dilated since it is, in fact, not a vagina but a surgically-created hole. The body naturally sees it as a wound and will continually try to heal it closed again. Maybe if you have a weird fetish for body mods or something.

      10. So, basically… “I’m a woman, except better”. There is no such thing as “brain sex”. It’s based on neuroscience that draws from very small (ten, at most) populations, because the technology is expensive, cannot be replicated or hold up to peer review. As evidenced by the sexist stereotypes throughout this essay, You’re talking about performative femininity and gender roles, not biological sex. Different. Not the same. Look, if you find femininity more appealing than masculinity, that’s fine. But you can’t be a “real woman”, but also better than women. Woman is not a feeling, or a fun sex game to try out. Womanhood is a material reality, and it’s often an oppressive one. Because sex role stereotypes.

    2. Growing up I was dressing up as myself with the help of my five sisters. They at first went on double dates with me. They were worried that guys would rape me. I was lucky that I was fixed up with, shy men or gay. But I was gang raped, twice by a group of big black men, that was dating one of my sisters. But now I’m in a relationship with a black man.

  1. I’m a transwoman pre-op at present should be this year I’ve never been with a man before I’m just a bit worried about what to do.

    1. I’m a rape survivor from DECADES back . I have NO desire to EVER allow a man near me again . On the other hand , the “RIGHT ” lesbian ” can have her way with me

      1. Sorry Ellen for what happened to you, I am sure you’ll find someday the man you deserve!

      2. I am very sorry that you were raped I am a survivor too. Not to scare you further but please know that rape is committed by all genders, not just men. Rape and domestic violence are huge issues in the lesbian community too.

      1. that sounds lovely , i am passionate with trans women i love to kiss them all over caress them do whatever pleases the contact me

      Stop it

Of two male’s are having sex then that is homosexual sex. Fantastic. Go about it as you usually would.

      1. Again missy,. you couldn’t be more wrong,. Hermaphrodites make a perfect example here,. Transgenderisim is no different only internal,. And I’m pretty sure you have zero right to tell a hermaphrodite what sex they should be or what gender they should identify as,. (Separate concept) with of all the wars, Men women and children starving homeless and without proper medical care,. Why are you trying to hate/hurt fellow human beings who do nothing to effect you and your life negatively?,. We all work eat sleep and pay taxes,. We a have families,, people we love and love us,. We do nothing to stop you from being you living your life and providing for yourself and your family,. So,. Why the unjustifiable hate?

    3. I still like women, not all trans women like men! Just do *what* feels right, with *whoever* it feels right with! There is no right or wrong as long as it is Safe, Sane and Consensual! Hope all goes well with the op.

  2. What’s with comparing trans women to cis-women all the time? “They have better bodies, fresher vaginas, and bigger sexual appetites”? Trans women don’t have to prove that they are better than cis-women by putting them down. That’s just insecurity talking.

    1. True that comparisons are stupid but as for my experience my transgender wife is better than cis gender women in more than physical ways . As a transman who was a popular butch lesbian in my past life I have been with many cisgender women who saw my choice if a transgender woman as a less than woman. So even comparisons are done by cis gendered woman as well. As for the sex the passion is what counts not what’s between the legs .

      1. Exactly cis-women do that, that’s my point. Why do trans people have to fall into that same “bashing, criticizing, jealous” mold?? Love a trans woman for who she is, even if she doesn’t have a voracious sexual appetite, fresh vagina, and a hot body. It’s like the article is suggesting those types of trans women are the only ones worth having sex and/or relationship with.

    2. They want to erase us .

      Women are not cis
We are women we are not the “other ”

You are either a female woman or not.

If not then you can call yourself a “trans woman ” but all that is , is a non gender confirming male. Great we shouldn’t conform to gender.

      1. Missy, no one is trying to erase you. but you are doing your level best to erase trans women.

what are your opinions on trans men? or have you completely erased them from your concept of reality?

    3. Exactly – if trans women are women (regardless of a lack of an X chromosome) then they are just women – no better no worse. So why are you creating sub levels of women of everyone is a woman.

I’d do a bit more research into the freshness of a surgically created orifice (I’m sorry, it simply is not a vagina) before posting such sweeping statements if I were you.

  3. Wow this article is shit. Fetishizes trans women, makes it all about the man’s needs and fantasies (perpetuating the idea that women’s bodies are just sexual objects to use), reinforces patriarchy by pitting trans women against their cis sisters, confines sex to a heteronormative gender role enforcing act (“women do x, men do y”). Just garbage.

  4. They forgot to mention that trans women like to be dated and taken out to places, it is a form of foreplay. They also forgot to mention that some trans women are very intellectual and like to hold stimulating conversations… Fuck, the last stepford wife I met got a punch in the face…

  5. Not all trans girls are into men. My relationship with my body often ruins the private moments with my wife. Any tips on this.

  6. I am a 62 year old X-Marine trans women Pre – Op [ S and M ]= Harley Davidson, Road King motorcycle rider. Been single all my life and I believe I know why is because I am a born male with a female mine trap in a male body. The answer is no, I am not a shame. I am proud to be myself for real.

    1. I was like that for 48 years but when I turn 53 I started my transition. In 2014 I had all my surgeries now I’m an ex marine I got out in 1981 ..but at the age of 6 I knew I wasn’t like my brothers. But I wanted too be around my sister’s…now today I’m a complete female ..I hope you can have a great night

    2. Ronald, what makes you think you have a female [mind] (I’m assuming that’s what you meant)? You do realize that ‘female brain’ and ‘male brain’ are classic sexist notions that have been thoroughly debunked? That not all women conform to the same sets of thoughts and feelings? You’re living proof that not all males think the same way. How dare you reduce women to a fantasy like this? I’m so sick of this shit.

I’m a woman (i.e. female) and I guarantee you that whatever it is you think makes you a woman is based on stereotypes. This harms women and girls immensely. You can be you, whatever that means in terms of personality, and still be a man. You’re male. Just accept it. It’s ok. Brains aren’t sex organs; they have nothing to do with one’s sex. No one has ever been able to explain how a person’s brain is “female” but their liver or kidneys aren’t, or how a “female” brain ends up in a male body. Do you hear yourself? None of it makes sense. Do whatever you want to with your own body, but leave women out of it. You do not belong in our spaces. The crimes you commit should be counted as male crimes, not female. Women aren’t a social category for you to fetishize and colonize. And we are done with the stereotypes you men have been choking us with for thousands of years.

      1. Your brain is a sex organ in fact it is the biggest sex organ in your body that will it take for me does not know what she’s talking about think about it you can get an erection by just thinking pleasant thoughts about a woman you do not need to have your hands on your body or anything else didn’t get aroused and some guys can even have an orgasm without even touching himself by simply thinking wonderful. Thoughts about women that woman is out in left field and is probably 90 years old thank you Savannah

      2. Wow, you’re going to throw ageism into the mix? 90 years old, really? Your mind processes all kinds of thoughts that have physical effects – that doesn’t mean your brain is a sexed organ. The biological sex of babies isn’t determined by brain scans (which wouldn’t tell you anything about their sex, btw) – it’s determined by noting their secondary sex characteristics. Pick up a biology textbook someday. It won’t kill you.

      3. your “sex is biological and based on secondary sex characteristics” is trans-exclusionary and serves to perpetuate violence against trans women.

what is your opinion on trans men? if you are not pissed at them for “betraying all females everywhere” then you are not a feminist, you are a bigot.

      4. WOW, OMG, girl, you need to do some research before you open that mouth. you are flat out wrong on a FEW levels.

      5. She absolutely doesn’t sound like a TERF. Shouting TERF at anyone who tries to discuss this issue does not help the trans cause. Someone pointing out scientific fact (that brains are not sexed and cannot be identified as male or female from an anonymous brain scan) does not make them a TERF. Again, this makes it appear that you are terrified of a debate because you know you cannot argue the point.

When I was younger, we took wonderful strides away from gender conformity. Women could play with trucks and go into a STEM field, men could play with dolls and be a stay at home father. Now we are regressing in the opposite direction. Girl prefers trucks to dolls? Probably trans. Boy likes wearing make up and dresses? Trans.

I have no issue with anyone transitioning, but please don’t tell me you “think like a woman”. There’s no such thing for a start – I only know that I think like me, with a whole spectrum of masculine and feminine traits, just like everyone on earth. How can you say on one hand that gender is a social construct and a spectrum, and then on the other use archaic gender stereotypes to determine that you’re the wrong gender? It’s illogical, and I’m desperately sad that people aren’t allowed to just be who they are. I have spent years on the same drug used to block puberty in children and it’s an aggressive, extreme treatment that has damaged me for more than a decade since, physically and mentally. Longterm chronic illness has resulted. This is an important issue and shouting TERF because someone is trying to discuss it is meaningless and destructive.

This article is massively offensive and, quite the opposite of proving femininity, it proves the last effects of male privilege – even in womanhood, men need to be better than women, even better at being women. Better vaginas. Better bodies. Better sex drives. Better sex. It’s so misogynistic it makes me wonder why anyone who thinks women are so shit would want to be one.

  7. I liked the idea of this article but, and yes I’ve read through the comments so I know where your replies may lead, I feel as though you’re putting trans on a pedestal and making it seem like it’s better than CIS. That’s just unfair. But I do agree with some of the article. Many trans women I’ve seen that have truly focused on their body are simply amazing. But the same can be said about CIS women, as well.

I’ve opened myself up to the possibility of being with both (though I haven’t met the right trans woman to share a new experience with) and I don’t really like knocking of one or the other; especially in some veiled attempt to make yourself feel better. I know this is easy to say because I’m a CIS male but just be… Find the right guy (or person depending on your preference) and let the rest fall into place.

    1. Hmmmm. If you like transwomen then I assure you that having sex with one will reinforce that a few orders of magnitude. While I do not put transwomen ‘on a pedestal’, it’s pointless to deny one’s feelings out of redundant ‘Political Correctness’. All men tend to idolise their partners — why would that be any different if your partner happens to be TS? And she’ll love it, trust me.

Having said that, I think the article is misleading on a whole variety of issues, many of which nave been aired.

  8. Fresh vagina? This man is ridiculous and no self-respecting woman (trans or otherwise) would support this kind of false and divisive claim. Shake your head, dude.

  9. Articles like this is what makes straight women shun and judge transgender & don’t want to accept them. This article has done nothing but bash and devalue cis women, while uplifting transwomen. I’m so finally over this competition. You’ve lost a supporter in me.

  10. This is such a gross, misogynistic article. It fetishizes transwomen in a very objectifying way, and it also says incredibly hateful and stereotypical shit about cis women. It’s like the author managed to tick every single box. Good job, asshole.

  11. Why not just go buy a nice sock? No nerve endings, no worries about lube, and no need to try to pretend!

  12. Wow! whoever wrote this has achieved something really unique, managing to be homophobic and misogynistic at the same time. Congratulations.

  13. What?! Women who are born biologically female are frigid?
People who were born male but who now live as a female are better in bed.
    Fuck off!

    1. After reading the “pingback”, and seeing your comments, I’m just warning any readers here that this “comment” section has been taken over by TERFs. Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists. They are labeled as a “hate group”, and have an agenda to disavow trans women, saying they are always men and always be men. Well, that’s wrong, and trans women know that. Hopefully, the rest of the world will see that TERFs are way out on the fringe.

      1. Pretty sure anyone who read this article would be grossed out regardless of their background. Anyway I don’t need to be a feminist to know that males are males and females are females.

  14. There is no such thing as an implanted vagina. The neovagina is surgically made from the inversion of penile skin (rarely colon tissue is used). This information is on every surgeons website about the procedure. If anyone got a vagina implanted from a donor they would require immunosuppressant drugs for life. Don’t make things up.

  15. Why do they fetishize all pre ops as tops?…..I hate that…..Trans or not,Im a receiver……feminine energy……Not a penetrator…..male energy.Just because I haven’t had SRS doesn’t mean I want to penetrate men.

    1. @heather: studies show that a significant number of transattracted men are themselves autogynephilic, or fascinated with the idea of being women. So they prefer tops because they can fantasise that they are women while being penetrated. They may also be homophobic, so they can’t let a man do this. That’s not always the case but often. It concurs with anecdotal evidence from TS sex workers.

FWIW, I’m not in that group. I respect a transwoman’s need to be a woman in all ways and anyway, it just isn’t my thing. Nearly all the pre-ops I know are not tops and they make that clear, as you do.

  16. This article is degrading to transgender women… How does the author know what we want or feel?
I’m transgender and I don’t agree with any of it.
    This article objectifies trans women.

  17. So we all just forget about the pitting of trans women against cis women? Wow I’m all for uplifting but not when it intends to put down others. Keep your article.

  18. Y’all… This had to have been written by a cis man. Like, literally no trans girl I know would compare themselves to cis women like this. Cis women are just as valid and beautiful as we are. On top of that, this article doesn’t seem to consider our needs at all. We are complex and individual creatures, a lot of us are lesbian (like me) a lot of us don’t use hormones or even consider surgery, but on top of that, we are people. We aren’t here to pleasure you or anyone else just because you have a fetish, we have dreams and goals and desires like any other women. This article is harmful and degrading to us.

  19. Instead of a word “pansexual” you used the term “bisexual”. They are diffrent. Bisexual men fall for cis-male and cis-female. Pansexual men fall for… Well, every kind if person.

  20. it’s nice to see the TERFs are alive and well and hating on trans women just because some author comes across misogynistc.

  21. “Most cis-women have a certain frigidity to them that does not allow them to totally open up during the lovemaking”
    Says who?

  22. I would like to apologize to all the XX women out there on behalf of the transsexual community. this article is complete BS and we do NOT condone or agree with its contents.

  23. I have dated a trans man and a trans woman. In my experiences with them was no different then when I was with a cis woman or cis man. Love is love. Intimacy is what you make it. It was harder for them than me, but together we made it beautiful.

  24. I am not single right now but I have to comment on this! I absolutely love the intimacy with my boyfriend and me. He is such a good lover… I will have to ask him if he read this article. It is an excellent and accurate article.

  25. “Stunner bodies”? Yeah right. I make up for my entirely-male, can-shaped bod by showing some sensitivity, getting along with my man, making sure to have fun at it, and being more than a little enthusiastic about playing catcher. Plus, I have a really good idea how to please a man. But no, I’ll never be hooking up with some random boy-toy; it doesn’t really work like that.

  26. Bulshit. First of all u can’t compare them to real women and say they are better lol. It is depend person also whos good in bed or not. They are who they are but saying that men should go for it is a stupid. Is on each one who wanna try or not, and stop to coloured them from us born women in a right way.tx

  27. I found the final sentence of this article to be a bit more negative than I thought it would be. “For men who like sticking their dicks into a narcissist with a wound that needs to be stretched out three times a week, having sex with a transwoman can be an exhilarating experience. For most dudes, though, it is just a constant reminder that this isn’t all that much different from having sex with some dude’s colostomy hole” It was so crohnsphobic. Cause, like, people get to like what they like. #nojudgements.

  28. Males telling females how they know they’re a woman is like listening to white people tell black people how they know they’re black. Tell me more about the stereotypes that make you a woman and how you know your orgasms are “female”. You only know what it feels like to be you, and if you are male, then those are male feelings. Just because you have a bunch of sexist prejudice on feminine stereotypes doesn’t mean you get to reify them into an actual group of people who actually exist outside of you and your experience (i.e. real women).

  29. Omg! R u people for real? All these labels, divisions & hierarchies. It’s a misogynistic patriarchal society most everywhere, born of huge money-greedy, power-hungry religions which are actually cults & responsible for for pain & suffering of millions over time. God, a male, made man, another male first and woman to be his helper; what bullshit! Humankind has outgrown this storybook crap. You don’t need a mythical care-giver to get through life if you start believing in yourself.
There is no such thing as a real man or woman. That’s an indefinable term and a subjective concept at best. Arguing that its definable is stupidity incarnate! We are persons, we love, we engage on every level including using our sex parts with other persons and their sex parts. Sometimes we even meet someone who we really connect with and enjoy really great intimacy with, and sometimes not. It shouldn’t matter to anyone who someone else hooks up with or why…Not your business! Especially how yhey have intimacy, or if they’re better or not than anyone else for whatever reason. Its all just biased opinion or hearsay anyway. Everyone deserves to be respected by everyone else. Preserving human dignity is tantamount. If you have an issue with a certain person by all means keep it between you and them; its personal not all encompassing. Don’t be so ignorant as to generalize a whole group of people. If you’re an angry TERF, fine, but just zip it. No one wants to hear your brand of hate or conflated confused opinions about other persons from someone who only has the ability to reason on the same level as a dinosaur! Persons are more than logic, and if people stopped hating and judging and being afraid of what they don’t know enough about to understand, assuming that they could understand, then they’d likely be far better off and possibly happier. Just remember that you will never know everything about anything or that your opinions hold more validity over someone else’s. I’m speaking as a person. You don’t need to validate or invalidate someone’s gender in order to be kind to them. Its difficult after decades to admit you might be wrong about something. For some it means realigning everything they believed and they cant face that, the prospect of losing status or their own validation. It’s all about love, children! Words can hurt, weaponizing your words is mean. I’ve done it here to a degree and I apologize for doing so to make a point. Gender, body sex type, sexuality, attraction, desire, cultural background, race, ethenicities, are all intersectional and get all screwed up by religious and political beliefs not to mention a person’s mental state and perceptive ability. Now go fuck off and play!

  30. what y’all DON’T know is even before or without having bottom surgery, Trans women’s born reproductive system SHUTS down and you can’t “turn on” a trans women as you would a man, as hormone replacement therapy feminizes the parts to an extent that she (the trans woman) would only be able to be turned on in the same way as a woman who was born as herself, as the parts become correlated to those of an… ahem… you know; that’s the POINT of HRT, that a vaginoplasty may be actually effective. But I digress. 😁

  31. On behalf of all women, trans or cisgender, I would like to express how completely *wrong* and *insulting* this article really is! I won’t waste time enumerating (common sense will lead most folks who know anything about women cringe multiple times reading this). Seriously guys? If you’re going to write a column advising others, you should have at least some understanding of the subject itself. As both a woman and a transgender person I assure you this writer understands neither. Women aren’t sex objects, we are people. Your generalizations are built of preconceptions rather than knowledge. And to frame this back to the intended audience, not only will following this advice reduce your chances of discovering a nice relationship, it might get you slapped.

  32. “It is very possible that Trans women usually have better proportioned bodies than cis-women, which helps during lovemaking.” ??? Please, I don’t give a damn what two consenting adults get up to in private, but stop peddling such claptrap.

  33. So, as a CIS woman I’m: not as attractive, don’t have as good a vagina, and have a bit of frigidity. You’re a heterophobe with a huge chip on your shoulder whose prejudices and bigotry can’t be helped by any amount of surgery.
